As a man of vision and action who believes in the shared leadership model, Mohan empowers people around him. He is a Regional Director of BNI – Business Network International and also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport.

Lancy Madtha
Co-Founding Partner and Managing Director

Lancy leads IFL with his seasoned strategic skills, impeccable integrity and reputation for outstanding quality management. Prior to launching IFL in 2003, he handled key roles with the United Arab Shipping Company Group for 14 years. A veteran in the industry, his track record of leading a global team and managing core operations in a fast paced business environment continues to be one of the core strengths of IFL. Despite his business commitments, he sets aside the time for humanitarian and charitable pursuits. He also finds time to pursue his passion for music, and his fondness for the guitar.

Reena Anitha D’Souza
Group Senior Manager, Accounts and Administration

A stickler for the finer points, Reena has been entrusted with a dual role that ensures the solidity of the company. As the Corporate Manager of Accounts & Administration, she regulates the financial transactions with Clients, Global Partners and Service Providers of IFL and its group Companies.  As an able administrator, she ensures smooth and efficient day-to-day operations that answers to commercial, legal and statutory requirements. Reena has been an integral part of the IFL team since 2004.

Lovely Flavia Saldanha
Senior Manager, Client Service

Across her decade-long stint at IFL, Lovely has set an example with her intuitive client service and professional efficiency. A familiar name among Clients, Global Partners, Shipping lines and Airlines, Lovely’s client-oriented approach focuses on satisfying clients with competitive rates coupled with the highest quality of service from her team. Before joining IFL, Lovely picked up the ropes within the service-intensive environment of a law firm and a travel agency.

Lynn Naila Madtha
Manager, Client Service & Special Projects

The face of the growing aspirations of IFL, Lynn is focus driven and result oriented. Living up to the contemporary benchmark of exceeding client expectations, she is a natural when it comes to handling special projects. With her ability to address requirements and concerns with equal ease, it isn’t surprising that client satisfaction is almost always total. Armed with ambition and a Masters Degree in Logistics – earned with distinction from the University of Wollongong in Dubai – Lynn joins the future drive of IFL.

Josephine Alava Sanchez
Manager, Corporate Resource Development

Josephine, or simply JoSa, is known for her positive approach and out of the box thinking ability. Her versatile and enterprising talent is her strength in exploring new avenues of business as well as developing long-term business relationships.  She also takes on tasks related to Human Resource Management at IFL. With a Master’s Degree in Development Studies from the Erasmus University in the Netherlands, her career spans the health, education and logistics sectors over fifteen years.

Kiran Prakash Rodrigues
Manager, Operations

Every time a cargo is delivered on time, you have Kiran to thank. He is the man behind ensuring the speed and efficiency of all IFL operations. From the time of pick up to delivery, he is in constant command of documentation, handling, monitoring and tracking. Kiran is charged with the task of making logistics a hassle-free and cost-effective process for clients. He is formally qualified in International Air cargo Management from IITC, and has also worked in the field of Health and Hospitality.

Sanu Thomas
Office Manager - Accounts & Administration

Sanu has a bachelor’s degree in commerce and served as an accountant in previous companies he worked with.  He attends to all financial and money matters as well as ensures that all daily activities in the office are carried out in a smooth and efficient manner.

Cheryl Fran Dearos
Assistant Manager, Sales

Cheryl with her Marketing background from Mindanao State University, she is a woman on the move. Her self-motivated energy and commitment to the organization directs her focus in developing, converting and maintaining IFL clients. She worked with SAL logistics as Customer Service Executive for 3 years before joining IFL.  In her free time, she enjoys cooking and reading; and keeps fit by running.
